I created this rubric and have used it many times. It motivates students to contribute to group projects, makes them accountable, and provides them with an opportunity for reflection.

This group rubric will help motivate students who are in groups to do their part! I rarely see these forms and I think they hold students accountable for the work they did, along with their partners.
