Hot Pepper Jelly - I made it with sweet red, yellow, and orange peppers instead of the green. Used all Serano peppers for the heat. No food coloring. It made a beautiful amber jelly with red and green flecks.
FREEZER JELLY Simple Pepper Jelly: 1 bell pepper (red, green, yellow or orange- your choice) 2 sweet peppers (match the color to your bell pepper) cup apple cider vinegar 2 cups granulated sugar 2 tbsp pectin 2 drops matching food color (optional).
1 cups red sweet peppers or 1 cups green sweet peppers, seeded,veins removed cup jalapeno, seeded,veins removed 1 cups white vinegar 6 ounces liquid pectin 1 drop red food coloring or 1 drop green food coloring (optional) 6 cups sugar
