Honey Cloud Pancake! this recipe uses regular butter and regular milk, but you can EASILY substitute it with Almond, Soy, Rice, or Coconut milk :) And instead of regular butter, use Earth Balance vegan butter! I made it with almond milk and used whole wheat pastry flour! EXQUISITE. <3
