Not a healthy one as Rens said, because of agave sirop (liver can't deal with it). I used ahorn sirop with is a healthier alternative to regular sugar. Cocos blossom nectar will also do. Does not make the blood sugar level go up too much. Apart from the sugar component all healthy: haselnuts, raw cacoapowder, cocosnut oil, haselnut oil.
