Thanks for your interest in Uncle Jim's Worm Farm    I specialize in Red Wigglers - Composting Worms. I've been raising Red Wiggler Worms and Mealworms for over 40 years. I've raised African Night Crawlers, Canadian Night Crawlers and Gray Night Crawlers. However, I cannot find a tougher, quicker breeding and easier composting worm to raise than the Red Wigglers in a worm bin!

composting 101 - great tips for beginners... I've started collecting egg shells & coffee grounds for tomatoes, and banana peels for roses... need some more "potted gold" for the garden!

no dig veggie beds. Just started our first ones, so fab! no need to buy soil in! make your own & let the worms do the work :) we also layered up with  mushroom compost, horse poo, lawn clippings, dead leaves (don't use gum leaves though), wood ash from the fire.... another good fact sheet here http://www.abc.net.au/gardening/stories/s2954301.htm
