Mexico City offers a variety of foods from all around the world. This includes German, Greek, Japanese, Russian, Indian, and several more types of food. There are also many seafood restaurants throughout the city, probably due to the large amount of coastline the country has available for fishing. A large portion of the restaurants are also based on a more local scale, and believe in "slow food" rather than fast food. Mexicans don't just eat tacos and enchiladas, food is a big deal here! #4B
OMGosh, these are amazing! I made these for dessert tonight. I made a pan of apple and a pan of cherry. The sauce is incredible. The cooked tortillas are so light. Easy to make and delish! My husband said Im never allowed to make them again, because he cant stop eating them. :-) I highly recommend trying this one. Apple enchiladas. Serve warm with good vanilla ice cream.
