L’apprendimento esperienziale (Experiential Learning) costituisce un modello di apprendimento basato sull’esperienza, sia essa cognitiva, emotiva o sensoriale. Il processo di apprendimento si realizza attraverso l’azione e la sperimentazione di situazioni, compiti, ruoli in cui il soggetto, attivo protagonista, si trova a mettere in campo le proprie risorse e competenze per l’elaborazione e/o la riorganizzazione di teorie e concetti volti al raggiungimento di un obiettivo

Le sensazioni, che sono i contenuti rimossi del nostro inconscio, non ci provengono da esso in forma diretta e lampante; bensì passano attraverso una elaborazione intrinseca nell’ambito del subconscio. In quest’ultimo, esse vengono prima agganciate da cariche pulsionali, sull’onda delle quali riescono poi a farsi leggere in chiave fenomenica e a farsi captare dalla nostra attività sensoriale.
