Diamond tiara/necklace bel. to Dchss Roxburghe, last quarter 19C. Fleur de lys and scroll motifs, swing set with graduated pearshaped diamonds, on a band composed of lozenge and trefoil motifs, set throughout with cushion-shaped and rose diamonds. Two belle epoque tiaras, one appears to be totally made of diamonds, while the other seems to have turquoise as well as diamonds. Being worn by Maria Letizia (or possibly Letitia) Bonaparte, Duchess of Aosta, photo taken in 1902.
