I recycled my cappucino cup and used it for this great tasting Chia Cocoa Cocos Pudding! Full of antioxidants, omega's and good fats and you can enjoy it even for breakfast.;-) It is so nice and creamy, made of 1 cup frozen blueberries, small avocado, chia seeds soaked in 1/4 cup of water, 1 Tbs cocoa powder, dash of salt, 2 Tbs dried grated coconut. Add a sweetener of choice, I used coconut sugar, but it is also great with dates. Blend it creamy!
