A Week of Green Smoothie Prep Packs - This makes a lot for a smoothie. I truly recommend scaling it back to about half if not less. A friend of mine suggested doing that and she says it tastes good. You can add protein powder or Greek Yogurt (plain or flavored) for an extra protein.
