FROSTING CIOCCOLATO 150 g. mascarpone 200 g. di cioccolato fondente o al latte 40 g. burro 80 g. zucchero a velo  Preparazione sciogliere il cioccolatocon il burro a bagnomaria,. Mescolate ogni tanto. Una volta che il composto risulta ben fluido, lasciate raffreddare per circa 15 minuti. Aggiungete lo zucchero a velo, mescolate un pochino e aggiungete il mascarpone (non incorporare il latticello che si forma sul fondo). Amalgamate con delle fruste e ponete in frigo per 15 minuti.
