Spicy Saltines. I use olive oil instead of canola, and no dill, but basically follow this recipe. So good.
I make this all the time, but instead of using ranch dressing (Mort doesn't like that) - I melt butter - coat the chicken in butter then coat with the crackers... YUMMY!
1 package of Hidden Valley Ranch Salad Dressing Mix 1 1/2 Cups Canola Oil 2 tsps. Garlic Powder 1-2 tsps. Cayenne Pepper 2 Tbs. Dried Red Pepper Flakes Pour over crackers!
OYSTER RANCH SNACK: 3/4 cup oil 1 (11 ounce) box oyster crackers 1 (1 ounce) package original hidden valley ranch dressing mix (unprepared) 1/3 cup parmesan cheese >
My mom made these all the time when I was growing up. They were served as appetizers at almost every single holiday meal. I make them myself these days, but they're so simple to make that I whip up a batch or two several times a year. I would rather snack on these than potato chips any day... Crunchy, savory and
Slow Cooker Parmesan Ranch Oyster Crackers - Perfect for snacking or feeding a large crowd. They're just so addicting, and you won’t be able to stop!
Firecrackers!!! You can vary the amount of red pepper flakes from 2-5 tbs, depending on the level of heat you desire. Also, I reduced the amount of oil to 1 cup, and combined oyster crackers with mini saltines.
