Cowboy Crack Dip 2 cans of Mexicorn drained 16 oz sour cream 1 cup mayo bunch cilantro Chopped green onions 2 cups finely grated cheddar cheese 1 tsp cayenne pepper 1 tsp cumin tsp of lime juice Mix and chill
Rotel Corn Dip- drained can white corn, 1 block cream cheese, and 1 almost drained can of Rotel. Put it in a glass bowl and microwave it one minute at a time until hot and melted. Serve with Scoop Fritos and keep warm in a small crockpot.
