ricotta...che passione: Conchiglie ripiene di melanzane, pomodori e mozzarella
Lidia's Meatballs - ADL: made these tonight and they were really tasty. Used seasoned breadcrumbs, soaked in milk as she suggests. Decreased the salt to 1/2 tsp bc of the breadcrumbs and used 1 tsp of dried parsley. Mixed all ingredient together before adding meat to it. For sauce, used the usual pasta sauce and added 1 can petite diced tomatoes. Very tender and delicious.
