Leanne bakes: Spiced Rum Chocolate Bundt Cake I adjusted to 1 cup rum & 1 cup coffee. Also used coffee in place of water for the glaze. Best chocolate bundt I've made, can taste the rum flavor but not the alcohol.
I'm leery of recipes that call for cake mixes and the like, as a general rule, but I'm glad I made an exception for this chocolate rum cake. Every bit as delicious as the little cake I purchased on my way out of the Bahamas.
