LIGHT AND PROTEIC BROWNIES made with a secret ingredient... canned beans. Ingredients: 240 g canned beans 4 egg whites 2 tablespoons raw cane sugar 1 tablespoon raw powdered cocoa peel of an half lemon 8 gr vanilla baking powder water 2/3 tablespoon of whole wheat flour Whip the egg whites. Make beans into a paste and mix them with all the ingredients. Then bake it 180 Celsius degrees for 25/30 minutes.
