INGREDIENTS 2 cups mini bocconcini pieces 2 cups cherry tomatoes a bunch of fresh basil salt and pepper to taste 1 cup balsamic vinegar toothpics INSTRUCTIONS In a small skillet add the balsamic vinegar and cook over medium heat until it reduced to less than half and thickened.
