For an ice breaker Beach Ball Questions Game-I made this when I worked as a Recreational Therapist at a Psych Hospital and used this with my patients to get them to talk more and interact with the group.
Beach ball games- write numbers on the ball. Kids could answer questions depending on where their hand landed (get to know you) or practice addition/subtraction with the two numbers their hands land on!
Beach Ball Race- kids work together to hold beach ball between their backs for the first leg of the race, then their sides, then elbows. The field Day Challenge is halfway down on web site includes water relay, tricycle race, and tug-of-war. Check it out!
