start pasta. in a large saute pan, saute onions, garlic, and chicken & mushrooms in olive oil. remove chicken & mushrooms & transfer to warming oven. deglaze the saute pan with 1/4 C white wine. reduce by half. add 2 C cream &/or milk,1/3 C dijon mustard, s to taste. cook off until desired thickness. add chicken, mushrooms and pasta into pan sauce and toss to combine
