My day 1 was when I was over 330 lbs. and I thanked my body for the 150 lbs gained. True Story. It didn't fail me, it found a way to help me survive a laundry list of struggles. I survived. Homeless, broke, raging PCOS, Chronic fatigue, migraines, depression, high blood pressure, no jobs, no money. Feeling unworthy & undeserving. The journey hasn't been perfect, there have been ups and downs.... The marks on my skin tell a story of survival. I write my own story. It is up to me how it goes.
