If you are short on time but want a great little blast that targets arms, a little bit of legs and definitely gets the heart rate up, then this is the work out for you! A descending ladder is a super easy way to get good volume on specific muscles. Start with ten of each exercise, then move to nine, eight, seven, six, five, four, three, two, one. You can even time yourself each time you do it to see if you can improve.
