La serie MRO è stata ideata specificatamente per il lavaggio della minuteria metallica (ottone, acciaio, alluminio etc.) avente forma e geometria complessa, sporca di olio, grasso, paste di lucidatura e trucioli di lavorazione.
DRAINING PUMP The draining pump completely empties the washing tank and sends the exhausted solution to an external collection tank. Pump with special seal for liquids with abrasive particles in suspension. Stainless steel frame to support the pump with 1” connection to the tank discharge. Start button on the machine.
ELECTRIC FAN FOR STEAM SUCTION Stainless steel piping welded to the machine by a slab. Stainless steel chamber to recover the condensate and discharge it into the washing chamber. An electric fan (0,18 Kw) for suction 250 Mc / h with DIN 100 attachment flange for direct connection to the company suction net.
REMOVABLE BASKET Allows the loading and unloading of parts from the washing basket in masked time. The operator prepares the parts to be washed on a second or more external baskets, mounted on sturdy carts in tubular stainless steel equipped with Vulkollan wheels, while the machine is in the washing process. This reduces to a minimum the time of loading and unloading machine and optimizes the washing process.
ULTRAFILTER The external filter is positioned on the delivery of the pump and can filter out solid particles present in the wash solution up to 5 µm in diameter. The filter is made up of a stainless steel outer container with o-ring cover, bolts and M16 pressure gauge signal clogged filter. Filter bag inside with a capacity of 20 liters.
OIL COALESCENCE SEPARATOR The compact stainless steel oil separator can either operate while the machine is working or when the washing cycle is off (eg at night). The pre-filtered liquid is placed in a deoiling tank where a coalescence separator makes it possible to thicken the oil droplets and to separate them from the water. The oil is stratified on the surface and exits the overflow weir.
DRYING SYSTEM The drying system (made of stainless steel and isolation) dries the washed parts by recirculation of hot air via an electric fan and a set of resistors. In all our models of machines the washing chamber is separated from the collection tank to prevent the left water to wet the pieces while evaporates. This process makes drying rapid even in holes and hollows, an essential feature to avoid the onset of the oxidation process in ferrous materials.
