To make these wonderful roses first you have to wash and peel potatoes. Then cut each potato in wafer thin slices. After that melt some butter and soak the potato slices in it. Then take each out in such a way that you make a row of partially overlapping slices as shown in the photo. After that start rolling them and these overlapping slices will form a rose. Set these roses in a muffin tray and bake until crisp and golden. Serve them with fresh salad or any dip.
