#Canederli - #Knödel | Cook the onion with some oil in a pan on medium heat until it starts sizzling. In a bowl put the bread, speck cut in cubes, the crumbled sausage, onion, milk, eggs and nutmeg. Stir to blend and leave for about 1 hour. Add the flour and form the dumplings. Boil in salted water for about 15 minutes.
