Italian Food. It's all about Ingredients. Born and raised in Italy how can we not love food? Here at Designitalia food is one of the main topic of the day. We love true quality Italian ingredients and can't live without pasta or bread. There is no meal for us if there is no bread on the table! Here's a collection of true Italian food dishes. The rest is just ARIA FRITTA (fried air!!)

The other good ingredient is the Pecorino Romano which has to be grated, buy the authentic Italian Pecorino Romano DOP and the result is guaranteed.

Carciofi alla Giudia, fried artichokes. Do not even bother eat artichokes anywhere else but Italy. Imported artichokes are no good. When in Italy and when in season ask for Carciofi alla Giudia, fried and served. they are crispy and incredible tender. A good artichokes NEVER has hard leaves. If the leaves are hard to chew and fiber like textured they need to go in the garbage now. A good artichoke is soft like butter.
