Recipe is in a different language, but from what i can tell the stuffing is just ricotta and basil pesto. You could probably add a little mozzarella as well, maybe even some Italian sausage. (Pinoli are pine nuts)
Buttermilk Roasted Chicken with Garlic. Meh on the flavor (a bit disappointed! The sauce was really great and kept the chicken really juicy and tender. I used extra garlic with chicken quarters, then sprinkled some smoked paprika on it before baking.
