With a name secure in the fashion world amongst the jungle of up-coming and established talents, the designer is one of the names which have given fashion a sense of direction at various points over the years. For this reason, it is simply integral to watch out for reactions to his latest collection. The latest range sees the designer grow bolder in his choices of colors, fostering a relationship between the shades themselves and artist prints and graphic effects.
The collection represents an exploration in new uses of texture. Overcoats and top wear show random-effect stitching, rainbow colored text, mixed with stitched-up sleeves and knitted patchwork designs decorated with various accessories and features. The designer outlines a thicker, bulkier silhouette around his pieces. When the range was first revealed, a proud Simon commented “I really don’t see this as my brand. I see this as our brand.”
MINIMALIST Lee Roach is a minimalist in the truest sense of the word, yet he is a breath of fresh air with a new approach to this. He has a habit of designing overalls in monochrome from head to toe, giving it an extra minimalist stress.
Roach’s silhouettes and forms have become an integral aspects to his work. In a short period he will be presenting his range for the upcoming season to fit amongst classic designs with an innovative twist. His seems to be to take a similar approach to Helmut Lang, a distinction in which he takes a great amount of pride.

High waist trousers, waistcoat designs, casual-wear is all preserved in a masterful plainness in his latest collection. The designer himself, somewhat conversely, has a strong affinity for combat clothing.
