My Individual Muscle Workouts

If your like me and working out at home but not sure of what workouts to do, then here are some ideas. I made these up because I had no clue of what workouts I wanted to do. Pick 2 muscle groups and do 3 Workouts for 3 sets!

My Cardio Exercise
Do each exercise for 40 seconds each. Resting 20 seconds in between 》. Do a total of 3 sets for all, for a total of 30 minutes of cardio.

My Ab Workout
Do excersises in order from 1. To 14. Try to do 25 reps each with no resting in between. Do a total of 2 times for a 10 minute Ab workout.
