No doubt, Anglosaxon inspired cakes are spectacular and of sure photographic impact. However the Italian taste buds dont appreciate them too much. Therefore I found myself in front of the hard choice between aesthetics and taste. My solution is to create a fake wow wedding cake for the picture and then serve another one (more in line with Italian guests taste) which will be in line with the theme and colour of the other one.
