Ingredients × 1 piadipizza (8 slices): • 2 piadines • 120g selected cooked ham (or turkey rump) • 100g pasta filata cheese • 150g mozzarella (I light) • dressed tomato puree • Season the tomato sauce with salt, olive oil and pepper. • All you have to do is assemble your pizza! • Divide from the first piadina-based layer, second layer with ham, followed by cheese. • Close with a final layer of piadina, tomato puree and a sprinkling of mozzarella cheese. • At this point you just have to bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 15 minutes or in an air fryer (190 degrees for 12 minutes)! Fluffy Cheesecake - Japanese Cheesecake with yoghurt. • 15cm springform cake tin • 3 egg yolks • 30g cooking oil • A pinch of salt • 210g unsweetened yogurt • 2g vanilla • 35g cake flour • 15g cornstarch • 3 egg whites • 5g lemon juice • 65g sugar Method: • Mix yolks, cooking oil, salt, yogurt, vanilla, cake flour, and cornstarch in a separate bowl. • Beat egg whites with lemon juice and sugar. • Gently fold in egg white mixture. • Bake in a water bath in the oven for 40-45 minutes at 150°C.
