Rhubarb Strawberry Crunch Ingredients 1 C sugar 3 Tbs flour 3 C sliced fresh strawberries (other fruit) 3 C diced rhubarb 1 1/2 C flour 1 C packed brown sugar 1 C butter 1 C rolled oats Preheat oven to 375 degrees F In a large bowl, mix sugar, 3 Tbs flour, strawberries, and rhubarb. Place the mixture in a 9x13 inch baking dish. Mix 1 1/2 cups flour, brown sugar, butter, and oats until crumbly. Crumble on top of the rhubarb mixture. Bake 45 mins until crisp/lightly browned.
