Enza on Instagram: "Easter Sweet Bread… Pane di Pasqua Recipe: In a pot heat 1 1/4 cup of milk and 4 tbsp unsalted butter. When butter melts, transfer to a bowl. Stir in 1/2 cup of sugar till it dissolves. Stir in 2 1/4tsp of dry active yeast. Let stand for 10 minutes. Then add in 2 beaten eggs and 1 tsp of vanilla extract and combine. Add in 2 cups of all purpose flour and mix with hook attachment. As dough comes together keep adding in 1/2 cup. (I used about 4 cups in total). When dough is not too sticky keep beating for 5 minutes. Move dough to a floured surface. Knead till you have a smooth ball. Melt 1 tbsp of unsalted butter and coat a bowl. Place dough in bowl and then flip it so all sides gets buttered. Cover with plastic wrap and let sit for 1 1/2 hrs. It will grow. Move dough
