Costantin Brancusi. Endless Column, Târgu Jiu, Romania, ( 1918/1938) - The concept of Brancusi's column inspired the Citylife Tower in Milan by Arata Isozaki and Andrea Maffei. The vertical continuation of the convex modules, has been reproduced by the architects in the tallest skyscraper of Italy increasing the effect of a never ending tower.
