Follow along with me. So making our own sugar and water syrup. Lets melt the sugar completely. Then when it starts to boil we lower the flame slightly and cook for about ten minutes. Perfect it’s boiling so we lower the flame to six I’d say it’s fine and we’ll wait ten minutes. Okay? Our syrup is ready So let's just shut down and move on.
