Étirements simples pour soulager le dos. Bien respirer et prendre son temps pour effectuer les mouvements. Si vous avez été longtemps alité, ne faites qu'1 des exercices au sol (3-4-5-6) pour commencer et augmenter très progressivement quand vous vous sentez capable,même si cela vous semble ridicule.(comme dit mon algologue, il n'y a pas de progrès ridicules).Tout progrès doit être un encouragement, car il rapproche de l'autonomie.
