Over a stuffed in potato crust with Porchetta, Mozzarella and Stracchino cheese, inspired by the eternal Pizzeria Sancho Fiumicino, Italian heritage.  Under the inevitable Regina Margherita, topped in the only way globally acceptable: San Marzano tomatoes Agro Sarnese-Nocerino DOP, Fiordilatte Agerola, fresh basil and extra virgin olive oil.
