Mini Victoria Sponges........ 1 cup flour, 1 cup sugar, 1 cup butter, 2 t. baking powder, 4 eggs. Beat ingredients and divide in 12 cupcake cups. Bake at 320 F. for 25 mins. Cool. Split and fill with jam and cream.
